XP/firewall active (can the workstation ping the router)?
Duplicate IP address?
Clear ARP, re-ping, and check to see if ARP entry is still there (and
matches workstation MAC).

Why some computer could be seen in show arp, but
couldn't ping them. I think the arp is a layer 2 protocol,
it just bring the IP address into arp message and couldn't
check the connecting. So i could see it in arp but
couldn't ping it, right?
