Derek,

Configure the ATM interface for PVC discovery.
Something this would do the trick.

interface ATM1/0
 ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
 no atm ilmi-keepalive
 atm ilmi-pvc-discovery
  pvc 0/16 ilmi
!
This execute the command show atm pvc to see the VPI/VCI pair.

Quick question, If I have and ATM interface and I am only given the IP address
and I need to discover the VCI, VPI information to add to my configuration,
does anybody now how this is accomplished.
