Ajit,
Recall that OSPF areas are INTERFACE-specific. Just a glance on this lab
indicates that Hin_hq does NOT have an interface in area 10 or 20.

Subject: Clarification : Solie Pg 824
The Clarification :
The Area Border Router's reflected in the answer of lab 25 walkthrough
are
wrong ?????
2 areas of clarification :-
1> With respect to the figure 12-16 on Page 824 of Solie, would it be
fair to
state that the router hin_hq is actually the ABR for Area 10 and Area
20.
Solie seems to state that gecko is ABr for 10 and tree_frog is ABR for
20
????
2> The virtual link for Area 75 in my mind shld be betweeb Python and
hin_hq ?
Solie seems to state to set it up between python and tree frog. Shouldnt
the
virtual link be actually set up between the 2 ABR's of Python
--->Transit
area 20 --->hin_hq router
his soultion seems to reflect differently.
Could someone tell me if I am missing anything out ???
thanks
