Thanks to everyone who responded, the Router-ids were mismatched
(setting it manually fixed the problem).

Rich,
Do show ip bgp x.x.x.x where x.x.x.x is the network prefix in question.
If the output says that it not syncronised, and if you are running OSPF,
you have come across an
issue that quite often catches people out.
The OSPF Router-ID of the originating OSPF router that first advertised
the network prefix must be the same as the BGP router ID of R6.
You can manually change them.
If you confeds, you won't get this problem.

Subject: BGP route-reflector client not installing IBGP routes
I have a route reflector R5, and 2 route reflector clients R3, R6. I'm
passing IBGP routes, and they are seen by R5/R3 in the BGP table. They
are, however, not being seen as >, or reachable (and injected into the
IP routing table). Both the destination prefix and next-hop are listed
in the IGP routing entries, and the prefixes match. Does anyone have any
idea why these routes are not being installed?
Thanks,
Rich
