BGP

If I'm receiving routes from an outside network via BGP and I'm sending
these routes to other IBGP peers within my network. Am I correct to
assert that I need to redistribute BGP into my IGP so that BGP sees not
only the means to the next-hop, but also the destination prefix? Is this
the only solution, besides default routing to the router with the BGP
information?
