I do not think so. Normally when you order ISDN you get 2 B channels. They
are each assigned a number. The telco does not know what you are using ISDN
for, it might be for 2 voice lines. If you dial the same b channel twice the
ISDN modem rings the other b channel. I am quite sure this is a function of
the ISDN modem not the Telco.
