I do believe it works in other protocols, but it only makes sense to use
it with (E)IGRP because RIP and OSPF (also BGP and IS-IS for that
matter) support propagation of the default route 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0.

Subject: IP default-netwrok command

Can someone please set me straight on "IP default-netwrok".

Is this command only useable in IGRP & EIGRP or can you deploy it in
other
routing protocols (e.g. OSPF & RIP)?
