What do you mean by this? Do you mean that you BGP peer with provider B
using providers A's ASN? This would be really bizarre if it is the
case. I assume you mean that you static route toward two providers, and
both advertise your space, or at least one advertises your space (which
makes me wonder why you have another if that's that case). If the space is
yours, having both providers announce it will lead to your netblocks being
flagged as inconsistent with respect to origin, but routing should still
work as few if any providers ignore inconsistent advertisements.

Does this mean that they have noticed that you are multihomed and would
like you to do it properly? If you have static relationships to both, you
should move toward BGP, but you shouldn't be heavily pressured by one of
them. Moving to BGP would simply be better, and assuming you have your own
space (PI), the risk of having it show up inconsistent is really yours to take.

I would simply turn up BGP in one shot. It really isn't that hard to
accomplish assuming you have some folks around who know how to do it, and
can endure a few minutes of downtime as you plant the router and deal with
any difficulties.
