What happens if you try to ping it with 20 packets? If it ends up
looking like this !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!, I'd say you're trying to load balance
per-packet, and one of the paths isn't valid. Possibly a cache or CEF
issue. Do 'no ip route-cache' on the interface to see if it makes any
difference.
