I do not see any sort of solution to your req.
perhaps you might want to do a slective redistribution at the point of
redsitribution? is that not what want you wanted to do?
Did you try using both the distance commands....one to select the intersting
routes and another to alter the distance? I never tried probably it looks
ugly.
