With a Cisco terminal server in reverse telnet mode, send the escape
sequence (Ctrl-Shift-6) followed by the letter "B" to send a BREAK to
the connected device.
Note that some implementations of telnet and some communications programs
use just Ctrl-6 and not Ctrl-Shift-6.
