0x8081 means the call was disconnected/rejected by your local ISDN/PBX
switch, verify your dialing string (correct number, missed '9' or '1'
etc) or contact your ISDN Service Provider to monitor your call.

The receiving equipment received a message that did not include one of
the
mandatory information elements. This is usually due to a D-channel
error. If
this error occurs systematically, report it to your ISDN service
provider.

My router below is trying to fire the second B channel to add more
bandwidth
to an open connection but it fails every time it tries to do so. I
receive
the following message. Can some one tell me why the call is being
rejected.
