Default Hello Interval for Point-to-point network type is 10(refer below).
The default hello interval for point-to-multipoint is 30 seconds.
Therefore, in order to form an adjaceny between PTP and PTM, you need to
change one to match the other. I changed the PTP to 30 and it came up. :)
