I have seen this too on several 3620's in the past but I just used the Aux
port. Sometimes the console would work and other times it would not. I did
not try different cables etc. at the time. I just thought it was one of
those "little things" and did not have the time to investigate it so I moved
on. Until your post I forgot about that. I too am curious what that was
about...

Is there an expert out there that knows about the 3620's. I have a problem
for some unkown reason the console port is not working, I can only use the
AUX port of configuration.
