Ok,

With IGRP, to propagate a default network use ip default-network 150.69.6.0,
to propagate a default gateway use ip default-gateway 150.69.6.1 and to have
the local router use a default gateway use ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
150.69.6.1. Note that for the first two command you must use ip classless.
It is not required by the ip route command though. Good luck.
