If u are told not to use Either the Ip Ospf Dead Interval or Hello Interval command,u can change the Network Type to Either Point To Multi point or Non Broadcast both of which have 120 sec Dead Interval.But rememeber that when using Non Broadcast as Network Type,adjacency would only Form when u make a DR and configure Neighbour Commands on the DR.Adj can only form in Non Broadcast then.
