I was affected by virus!

I am sorry not paying too much attention on the message "greeting card",becaude of it is from member of groupstudy.
Unlucky I opened it and it had sent a lot of copies to all my contact.I have warned all of them.
I am ckecking it use pc-cillin.
Any information related to killing this kind of virus is welcome.
I am truly sorry to cause this trouble
