You could change the Hello interval and I believe the other intervals
(ie. Dead) will automatically change with it.

Were is it possible to change the dead interval on OSPF without using
the IP OSPF Dead-Interval Command. I need to change the interval to 120
Seconds. Non-Broadcast Links have a Dead Interval of 120, could this be
the answer even though the Area to be changed is a Broadcast Area
"Ethernet" not Frame-Relay. I cant find this anywhere.
