ge= greater than and equal to
le= less than or equal to
eg. prefix list my_list permit 60.0.0.0/8 ge 9 le 32
means:
/8 = the first 8 bits are important and therefore the 60 must stay the same
ge9 le 32 - means all length of mask between 9 and 32
so 60.0.0.0/8 ge9 le 32 means all subnets that start 60.0.0.0 through
60.255.255.255 all lengths of route.
