Eric,

The CCIE lab equipments run IOS 12.1. 12.2 version has a lot more commands
than the 12.1. For example the MQC. I think it is not a good idea to prepare
for the lab exam from 12.2 version of the IOS. I found the following link is
similar to the one you describe and is very good especially the congestion
management section.

A couple of books from Cisco that I'm finding helpful are from the 12.2
documentation set.

Both available from Cisco and if you have a support agreement you might
get them for free.

They are also on the documentation CD. Online free at Cisco should you
not have the latest CD...
