One way to help determine what is or isn't on the lab is to listen to
this mailing list and see what questions are asked or just search the
list's archives. A more 'official' way would be to look at the outline
of the Networker's CCIE Power Session. Take the outline and see how much
time they spend on a given topic and you should be able to determine how
much emphasis you should put on a given topic when preparing for the
lab.

The official response from Cisco on questions like this is, if it can be
configured in the IOS, and it's not on the list of removed topics, then
it's fair game for the lab. I've configured it a couple times in my prep
process; if nothing else, it's good training.
