Here is a working config from my 6509 with a MSFC card.

ip dhcp excluded-address 150.50.200.1 150.50.200.10
!
ip dhcp pool 1
   network 150.50.0.0 255.255.0.0
   domain-name ccie.com
   dns-server 150.50.200.1
   default-router 150.50.200.15
   lease 30
!
