OT: Ping Data patterns for circuit testing

All,

        Sorry about the OT post, but I'm wondering if anyone knows a few
good data patterns to use in a ping test to verify a circuit is behaving.
TAC has had me do a couple different ones in the past on problems, but I
can't remember what they are. The default is 0xABCD. Something to verify
the clocking is working right and nothing is being corrupted is what I'm
looking for.
