When upgrading some 2500, 2600, 3600, MC3810 routers recently the
prices differences were high/low when comparing Flash/DRAM different
models, but also between seller prices.

I would check all sites and compare prices for each type and devices for
the cheapest. Also factor in shipping costs. It might be $5-30 cheaper
to get 2600 Flash then any for SIMMs labled for a MC3810.
