the dialer list will only stop ospf bringing up the line BEFORE the 1st
dial.
the multicast address 224.0.0.5/6 is OSPF,
To kill the HELO's after the ospf adjacency is formed then use "ip ospf
demand-circuit"
note the dialer will kick in again if there is a change in ospf topology
elsewhere

Subject: bootcamp lab5 ISDN question
bootcamp lab5
2.OSPF Demand Circuit
If I follow the answer,my isdn connection is continually up after dialer
idle-timeout 45,because of ospf broadcast to224.0.0.5(use show dialer to see
it).
The question is,if I configure :
dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 100
access-list 100 permit icmp any any
it will stop ospf routing broadcast
If I configured simple as
dialer-list 1 protocol ip permit
it will continually up after every idle-timeout.
I think the answer is wrong, But I cannot find correct answer myself, who
can help me? Better send me the correct config
