Yep - if you have two routers (RtrA and RtrB) and want to change the
holdtimer on RtrB to 15 seconds, you set the HELLO timer on ****RtrA**** to
5 seconds........

Over EIGRP you have to adjust the hold-timer manually, over OSPF that
parameter is adjusted automatically from hello-interval (3x). OSPF check
both values to form adjacencies, EIGRP doesn't. Therefore some flapping
could appears between neighborings protocol due no syncronization
between them.
