Try retyping the key with "ip ospf message-digest-key 1 md5 0 cisco" and
make sure to include the zero before your password.
I've had flaky problems with this that never seem to happen when I use
the 0.

Subject: OSPF MD5 authentication
Hi experts,
I have 4 routers in area 0, try to run authentication. I configure the
authentication command in every router, and I have the same key and
password in all routers. But all router give the same error message
when i
do 'sh ip ospf adj', saying 'mismatch key'. Any idea?
Thanks!
Benny
