Shailen,
The only thing that comes to my mind is if they require that all loopbacks
are pingable from any router, and you have classful protocol running in some
corner. Then you will have to think of how to inject host routes into that
classful domain, but using "network point-to-point" option would do the
trick for you automaticaly. Unless they want to see host routes explicitly
in every routing table..
