Hello,
You would need two techniques to accomplish this task. Limit the bandwidth
for protocol 1, 2 and 3 to 2048 in the interface. For this step you would
use rate-limit interface command or MQC (class-map and policy-map) Secondly
you must use Custom Queuing to achieve the desired percentage per queue.
