Both are good quality simulators at a great price (b-link2 $700, Vconsole
$800).

http://www.vconsole.net/simulator_isdn.html

Both come with software to simulate Basic-ni1 (most common) switch and Net-3
(Europe) switch. Vconsole is upgradeable to other switch types (most
importantly DMS100). If you're going to take the exam in a Lab that uses
DMS (Asia), then you may want the Vconsole and get the optional software at
an extra expense.

The other important difference is that the B-link2 has S/T ports (compatible
with 2500 or 4000 series) while the Vconsole has both S/T (compatible with
2500 or 4000) and U ports (compatible with most 2600 or 3600). So if you
have 2600's, then you better go with the Vconsole.
