You can use the ip bandwidth-percent which is a router process command to
limit the % of the bandwidth on that interface that the eigrp process will
use. The default this is set to 50%. This command is used in conjunction
with the bandwidth set on the interface.
command syntax
(router)ip bandwidth-percent eigrp process-id percent
