Hi,
  Hub and spoke. R1 is the hub. Routing protocol is
EIGRP.
      R2 - Net. A
     /
 R1- p2m
     \
      R3 - Net B.

What is the correct way to disable split-horizon for
eigrp?

Since by default split-horizon is enabled by default
on p2p and p2m interface.

Scenario 1
  no ip split-horizon eigrp 10

 This is working.

Scenario 2
  no ip split-horizon
  no ip split-horizon eigrp 10
 
 This is working.

Which of the two is more correct?
