You have a couple of options...

You can say prune all VLANs except...or remove the ones you want to
keep...or say prune none...then add the one you want..

Switchport trunk pruning vlan remove
                              add
                                        none
                                        except

If I want to only one vlan to be prunable on one trunk, how can I do? I
know the default prunable-list includes all the vlans, I want to use
"add", but it said that the add is to "add the vlan to the current
list", so what can I do?
