Hi,
When you apply frame-relay traffic-shaping, every dlci
will be default to 56kbps. Solution 1 tells the router
you want dlci 403 has specified traffic shaping
parameters other than the default. Solution 2 is a
wrong answer for FRTS, if you compare soultion 1 and
solution 2 by 'show frame pvc <dlci>', you should be
able to see the difference clearly.
