Yes there is another way !!

do a show run ... copy all the "router ospf xxx" paste it in notepad like
this :

no router ospf xxx
router ospf xx
network x.x.x.x y.y.y.y area x
network x.x.x.x y.y.y.y area x
blah blah....

just repaste that back when ur done with new loopback.

this is the only want to do without reloading and it will be very quick
