ISIS DR does not exist as such...

The ISIS DR, is the router that forms the Pseudo-node for the network -
which produces a LSP for the network segment --- similar to OSPF DR.
Do a show isis database and look for the Router that forms an additional
node on the network,

In the example below, the * means "this router"
the "Router2.01-00" is the Psuedo node.

Router2#show isis d l1

IS-IS Level-1 Link State Database:
LSPID LSP Seq Num LSP Checksum LSP Holdtime ATT/P/OL
Router2.00-00 * 0x00000002 0x74CD 1142 0/0/0
Router2.01-00 * 0x00000001 0x2630 1143 0/0/0
Router6.00-00 0x00000003 0x5649 1140 0/0/0
Router2#

below looki a the individula LSP's
there are 3,
This database describes:

1. the network address, 139.10.103.0 - is attached to the Psuedu node,
Router2.01-00
2. The Psudo node Router2.01-00, is attached to Router2.00.00 and
Router6.00-00
3. the network address 139.10.103.6, is attached to the Psuedo node
Router2.01-00

ATT - attatched bit - desdcribes whether the router has a level-2 database
P - Partitioned bit - OSI Area is partioned - NO VENDOR has implemented - so
always 0
OL - Overload bit - if "1" then dont send any traffic to me

Router2#show isis d l1 de
Router2#show isis d l1 detail

IS-IS Level-1 Link State Database:
LSPID LSP Seq Num LSP Checksum LSP Holdtime ATT/P/OL

  NLPID: 0xCC

  Metric: 10 IP 139.10.103.0 255.255.255.0

  Metric: 0 IS Router2.00
  Metric: 0 IS Router6.00
Router6.00-00 0x00000003 0x5649 1076 0/0/0

  Metric: 10 IP 139.10.103.0 255.255.255.0

Good luck

Adam
