Something that I always believe in.
1. If it's in the routing table, with D or D EX or O, E1, E2, it will get redistributed.
2. If its' not in the routing table that is no sure behaviour. you just need to check and make sure.
=> this is the Deadly Enemy Zone referring to Nick S.
So do works some don't, and some are IOS version dependent.
Try it out, it should be fun.

Hi guys,
how is it with redistribution of EIGRP or OSPF to any other protocol. which of the following is
right?
1) routes listed in routing table for as learned by particular protocol are redistributed, which
means directly connected are not redistributed.
2) routes in topology table (EIGRP) or lsa database (OSPF) are redistributed.
