Brief mention of services not previously announced, with a pointer
for information, are permissible with reason. Once this is done,
announcements of updates are not appropriate.
It is acceptable to discuss general issues of designing practice labs
and scenarios, or contrast (in an objective manner) the technical
approaches of different services. Posts that offer the "best" or
"cheapest" lab are unacceptable.
