Network. This happens in multiaccess networks,
so instead of each connected router listing each other
(n x n-1 entries) you list 1 network with all present
and each router connected to it (n + n entries).
So its all routers connected to a given network (aka segment).
Try a show ip ospf database router/network, get acquainted with the info
in there.
