dlsw backup

hi,guys

when I practise the dlsw backup,the R1 connects to both R2 and R3, R2 is primary and R2 is backup, R2 and R3 are configured as promiscuous, but I find that the backup peer is disconnect and the primary is coonect and works fine. Is it true?
