Well, it looks like it my turn. I finally passed on my second attempt in SJ.
The proctors Tom and Merillio " sorry if I misspelled that" there were great.
Really helpful and patient. I must have bugged them at least 10 times during
my lab. Prep wise I can't really sum it up any better than Peter Whittle's
email sent out a little while ago. He hit it dead on. The only thing I would
like to stress is the importance of a prep class. I flunked on my first
attempt not because I didn't know my stuff but because I didn't have a solid
method for attacking the lab. I took a 40 hour package at Cyscoexpert and that
helped me immensely. They spent a ton of time going over my configs line by
line, asking me why I did it a certain way, and then would give me a better or
faster way to do it. We also spent allot of time working on my personal
strategy for taking the lab and addressing my few weak points. The time spent
there was invaluable.
