Benny,
First make sure you can pass data across the frame circuit before you apply
the class map to the dlci. Then try the csim start command on r14 for the
string 1414, and likewise on r13. This will test to be sure you phones are
in the correct POTS port.
VoFR uses FRF.11. VoIP uses FRF.12.
