I believe the meaning of the question is peer to routes that are "always
available", which I interpret as a loopback interface. Meaning the peer
statements point to loopback interfaces.

In bootcamp 22, I have a simple problem:
It says"Configure all peer relationships so they will form as long as a
valid route is available".
But doesn't the peer relationships always form even without valid route?
