redistribute transit protocol

hi,all

I knew that no transit protocol for redistribution like rip-->ospf-->eigrp.
But one scenario is not:

          Tunnel
(ospf)R1-----------R2(ospf)
 
and at the same time, the interfaces between R1 and R2 are specified as EIGRP.

the problem is when a loopback interface of R1 is redistributed into R1's eigrp,and it will be sent into the R1's ospf area when EIGRP is redistributed to ospf. It seems that the EIGRP be a transit protocol.
I know the problem maybe the Tunnel created, but why?
