while neighbor count remain unchanged.. any secondary ip on any kind of
interface should belong to the same area as primary and can be advertised
using usual network, redistribute tricks..it works.

I remember something about the secondary ip address and OSPF. Only the
primary one has to be include in the networks statements, the secondary
address only will be treated like a stub networks and won't do neighbors
because it won't send any hello packets.
