From Halabi's OSPF Design Guide:

Neighbor negotiation applies to the primary address only. Secondary
addresses can be configured on an interface with a restriction that they
have to belong to the same area as the primary address.

only one phycial ethernet interface with two ip add, one for main and the
other for secondary, both are configured as two sepreate AREA, but there
still mismatch area notification sent, so I want to turn off the hello
advertied by then secondary, HOW?
