Guys,

I passed the lab today and was awarded CCIE # 10474.
I finished the lab in 4 hrs. (exactly at lunchtime) and spent the rest of 2
hrs. to check it, finally couldnt wait any longer and left. Upon reaching
home, I found the congratulations email waiting.

It has been a bit long journey, which wouldnt have been possible without the
support of this List and most importantly the people on this list. I would
like to thank the following people who I have admired and who have corrected
me when I have made mistakes. I must admit that I am quite a hasty guy and
so I miss overlook a few things. Jason Sinclair, Carlos Mendioroz, my friend
Chris Hugo, Manuel R., Mingzhou Nie, Volokov Dmitry, Kip Palmer, Vijay
Patankar
Jeff Kessemeyer for his excellent lab rack (www.bradshawlabs.com)
and John Mistichelli (www.routopia.com) for excellent labs, Brian Mcgahan
for creating the fine cyscoexpert sample lab, and Howard Berkowitz for his
insights.

I used the standard books, and possibly did most/all the labs that I could
lay my hands on, however special mention goes to IPEXPERT & Routopia labs.
IPEXPERT v3 (which I just recd.) is a great lab prep. work book with about
19-20 individual tech. labs and about 17-18 full 8 hr. labs. Routopia labs
are quite complex and I would really recommend both these products for
anyone who is serious.

Frankly, I didnt have the money to attend any of the bootcamps, so I missed
out on that experience.

A big thanks goes to Paul for hosting this list/group.

Big thanks go to my wife and my 7 yr. old daughter for supporting me thru
this endeavour.

Now for a few days rest and on to JNCIS.
