Use a Prefix list to define the subnets you don't / do want to advertise,
use a distribute list under RIP
eg
ip prefix prevent_these_subnets seq 5 deny 140.4.4.0/24
ip prefix prevent_these_subnets seq 10 permit 0.0.0.0/0 ge1 le 32
router rip
prevent_these_subnets
prevent_these_subnets
distribute-list prefix prevent_these_subnets out Ethernet X/X
!

140.4.4.1/24(ospf)
I used the version 2 and no auto and mutual redistrute
I found the connected networks are sent to R2 as the rip routes, but I dont
want the R2 know the 140.4.4.0/24.
I used the route-map for ospf to prevent them, but it did not work.
I used the route-map for the redistr connected, but the same.
How can I do?
Thanks
