Mzmaker can only handle 8.3 file names so rename your file to somthing like
no-mz.bin and then change your commandline to:
\mzmaker no-mz.bin mz.bin
I would then rename it to a proper Cisco Name like
c2500-js-l-mz.121-5.T10.bin
One other thing there is a maximum size you can compress; even though you
may get it to fit on your flash when it uncompresses it will consume too
much ram and halt. I can't remember what the limit was, but I think it was
12.5MB uncompressed.
