Do a show ip irdp on RB & RC, you will see that the MAX ADVERTISEMENT timer is
large (400-600 secs) which is about 7-10 mins. do a ip irdp minadver &
maxadver to 5 (5 secs) and then wait for some time, and you will see it.

I tried your config, RA(e0):10.1.1.1/24, RB(e0):10.1.1.2/24, RC(e0)
10.1.1.3/24 all 3 routers connected to same vlan, they can ping each other.
RA disable routing, RB and RC's eth0 configure ip irdp. RB preference 100,
RC preference set to 50.
nothing comes up when i do show ip route on RA. :(, any idea?
